About the Role

JF Consultants is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Head to lead and scale our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth for the real estate projects we represent.

This role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build effective sales processes that deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement structured sales strategies for real estate projects.
• Work closely with developers and internal marketing teams to position projects effectively in the market.
• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and optimize the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and channel partners.
• Train, mentor, and develop sales team members to improve performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the real estate market.
• Ensure professional client handling and high conversion rates from leads.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in project sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends and buyer behavior.
• Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies.
